Abstract

The invention provides a method and device for determining the wind-light access capacity. The method comprises the steps of determining a series of wind-light access capacity proportioning schemes in advance and building new energy power output time sequences and load time sequences of each group of proportioning schemes as inputs of a sequential production simulation and optimization model; building the sequential production simulation and optimization model employing the maximum new energy acceptance as a target to form an original optimization problem; dividing the original optimization problem into sub-optimization problems and solving the sub-optimization problems in each time interval; obtaining the new energy acceptance of the original optimization problem according to the new energy acceptance of the sub-optimization problems and calculating a new energy power limiting rate; and comparing the new energy power limiting rates of all wind-light access capacity proportioning schemes and determining the optimal wind-light access capacity corresponding to the lowest value of the new energy power limiting rates. The device comprises a determining unit, a comparison unit, a calculation unit and a decomposition unit. According to the method and the device provided by the invention, the work optimization efficiency and the optimization effect are improved and the requirements of the engineering practicability are met.
