Abstract

An event data recorder network data querying method based on mobile terminals is disclosed. According to steps of the method, a user sends a query request of event data recorder video data of a vehicle through a mobile terminal to a data server; the data server searches vehicle information meeting the query request, and sends a query request to a user mobile terminal of the target vehicle; the user mobile terminal of the target vehicle downloads corresponding video data from an event data recorder of the vehicle according to the query request; and when the user mobile terminal of the target vehicle is in an interconnection state, the downloaded video data are uploaded to the data server, and the data server distributes the video data to the request user. In the method, mobile phones are adopted as transmission media to extract the event data recorder video data, and the video data is sent to the server end, and therefore a user can know driving events timely and real value of the video data is achieved.
