Abstract

The invention discloses a waste heat recovery system of a generator. The waste heat recovery system of the generator comprises an insulating water tank, an air-water heat exchange assembly, a water-water heat exchange assembly and a controller, wherein the air-water heat exchange assembly comprises an air-water heat exchanger arranged in the insulating water tank; the air-water heat exchanger is used for recycling waste heat of exhaust gas of the generator; the water-water heat exchange assembly comprises a generator water-cooling pipeline, a heat exchange branch and a heat dissipation branch; the heat exchange branch and the heat dissipation branch are connected between a water returning section and a water outlet section of the generator water-cooling pipeline in parallel; the heat exchange branch comprises a first solenoid valve and a water-water heat exchanger which are connected in series; the water-water heat exchanger is arranged in the insulating water tank; the heat dissipation branch comprises a second solenoid valve and a heat dissipation water tank which are connected in series; the generator water-cooling pipeline is provided with a temperature sensor; a first delivery pump is arranged on the water outlet section of the generator water-cooling pipeline; and the controller is used for controlling the first delivery pump, the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve according to signals of the temperature sensor, so that the first delivery pump, the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve act according to preset commands.
