The first surface is connected with the upper surface of the first substrate layer; the second surface is vertical to the upper surface of the first substrate; the third surface presents a plane or an upwardly protruding arc face. The heights of the plurality of second surfaces are shortened along the central direction of the first substrate layer; the fourth surface is connected with the upper surface of the second substrate layer; the fifth surface is vertical to the upper surface of the second substrate layer; the sixth surface presents a plane or an upwardly protruding arc face. The heights of the plurality of the fifth surfaces are shortened along the central direction of the second substrate layer.
