The method includes the following steps: issuing a live streaming interaction command which includes object problem information, standard answer information corresponding to the problem information being saved in a server; receiving a first interaction request uploaded by a first user based on the live streaming interaction command; receiving a second interaction request uploaded by a second user based on the live streaming interaction command; if first answer information conforms to the standard answer information, based on a first weight and a preset proportion, allocating a third weight to the first user; and if the second answer information conforms to the standard answer information, based on a second weight and a preset proportion, allocating a fourth weight to a second user.
