The method includes the following steps: issuing a live streaming interaction command which includes object problem information, standard answer information corresponding to the problem information being saved in a server; receiving a first interaction request uploaded by a first user based on the live streaming interaction command; receiving a second interaction request uploaded by a second user based on the live streaming interaction command; if first answer information conforms to the standard answer information, based on a first weight and a preset proportion, allocating a third weight to the first user; and if the second answer information conforms to the standard answer information, based on a second weight and a preset proportion, allocating a fourth weight to a second user. The method increases interaction methods for transmitting messages among users by conducting interaction requests in question and answer manner, increases routes for information transmission and increases the efficiency of information transmission.
