The method comprises the following steps: obtaining an audio data packet played by a current system via a first playing device and recording first system time of the first playing device when obtaining the audio data packet; determining audio playing time of the audio data packet via the first playing device and sending the audio data packet and the audio playing time to a second playing device; playing the audio data packet via the second playing device when an absolute value of time difference between the current system time of the second playing device and the audio playing time is less than or equal to a preset threshold; and playing video images corresponding to the audio data packet via the first playing device according to video playing time, and synchronously playing the audio and video data of different devices, wherein the video playing time is the sum of the first system time and the predetermined playing delay time; the audio playing time is the sum of the first system time, the playing delay time, and the system time difference between the first playing device and the second playing device.
