Abstract

The invention provides a haze treatment method, comprising: firstly, determining one or more treatment regions nationwide; dividing each treatment region into treatment regional blocks according to the administrative region or the absolute size; receiving the haze data gathered by a meteorological system, an environmental protection department or a third measurement system; obtaining the consecutively measured haze data of each treatment region; culminating the data according to a certain period cycle and performing computation treatment; ranking the haze values according to their magnitude; and finding out one or plural treatment blocks with the maximum average estimation in the cycle in the belonged treatment region, or rather, the blocks that serve as the biggest polluters in the treatment region. In the blocks, any pollution enterprises and large-scale people activities that generate haze shall be cut in their emissions on certain value so that in the next calculation cycle, with the same steps, one or more treatment blocks with the maximum average estimation could be found out continuously for emission reduction. The method is performed until no haze is formed.
