The invention discloses a battle plan optimizing method based on a military simulator, comprising the following steps: quickly making initial plans through analysis of the battlefield situation; performing sampling operation on the basis of the initial plans; pre-selecting new plans generated by sampling through a plan pre-selection model; evaluating the pre-selected plan on a military simulator in a simulated way; and optimizing the battle plan based on the result of evaluation. Through the method, a battle plan can be automatically generated and optimized. Therefore, a better military plan auxiliary decision-making function is provided for military decision-making personnel.
