The distribution network method of the WiFi device comprises the steps of using the WiFi device to scan the channels, if a first identification data packet identifying the distribution network beginning sent by a mobile terminal is detected in any one channel, determining the current state as an initial state; when an instruction of switching the scanned channels is detected, setting and generating a time delay switching channel instruction; using the WiFi device to suspend to switch the scanned channels based on the time delay switching channel instruction to wait to receive a second identification data packet, wherein if receiving the first identification data packet and the second identification data packet successfully, the WiFi device enters a state of receiving the distribution network data packets to finish the network access configuration.
