Problems solved by technology

[0009] However, the existing 110kV and below power grid still has weak links in power supply due to its inherent feed-in operation mode and the limited grid scale in the area, and there is still a great risk of load loss in the grid maintenance or failure mode
For a long time, power workers have focused on the safety analysis and evaluation system research of 220kV and above transmission networks, and a unified and complete evaluation system has not yet been formed for the safety analysis of 110kV and below distribution networks

Embodiment Construction

[0037] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention more clearly, but not to limit the protection scope of the present invention.

[0038] Such as figure 1 As shown, a power grid security risk assessment method based on load loss includes the following steps:

[0039] Step 1. Construct the line failure risk factor function P * .

[0041] P * = annual average failure times / total line length

[0042] Among them, the average number of failures per year is equal to the average number of trips per year.

Abstract

The invention discloses a power grid safety risk assessment method based on a load loss. The method comprises the following steps of constructing a line fault risk factor function; based on the fault risk factor function, constructing a fault risk probability function under a line maintenance state; constructing a load loss rate function after a fault; based on an effectiveness function, constructing a loss-of-load severity function; multiplying the fault risk probability function under the line maintenance state by the loss-of-load severity function so as to acquire a loss-of-load risk index function, which means that a risk index evaluation model of a line fault under the line maintenance state is acquired; and collecting basic data of a power grid to be assessed, and using the risk index evaluation model to calculate a loss-of-load risk index of the power grid to be assessed. By using the method, a power grid manager can clearly know an operation risk point existing in system operation; according to a corresponding risk grade, a corresponding prevention control strategy is made; and through prevention control measures, an operation state of a system is adjusted and optimized so that the system can be far away from a hidden trouble operating point and is operated in a safe range.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a load loss-based power grid security risk assessment method, which belongs to the field of power system static security risk assessment. Background technique [0002] Electricity is a basic industry and public utility that supports the development of the national economy and society. With the rapid development of my country's national economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the degree of dependence on electricity is also increasing. The power grid has become an important part of the national economy and society. The development of important public infrastructure, which puts forward higher requirements for the safe operation of the power grid, especially the early assessment of safety risk points and the formulation of risk control plans, so whether it is the main power grid of 220kV and above, or the power distribution of 110kV Power grid security has always been an important aspect of power managers...
