The high temperature constant temperature and constant humidity unit comprises a compressor, a dehumidification condenser, a capillary tube and a dehumidification evaporator which are connected in series in an end-to-end way and form circulation and also comprises an indoor machine which is arranged indoors, wherein a return air inlet and an air supply inlet which are communicated with indoor space are arranged at the two ends of the indoor machine respectively, and the dehumidification evaporator, an air supply machine, the dehumidification condenser, an electric heating module and a humidifying module are sequentially arranged between the return air inlet and the air supply inlet. An outdoor machine is also arranged outdoors, the compressor is arranged in the outdoor machine, a heat dissipation condenser and a heat dissipation fan arranged corresponding to the heat dissipation condenser are also arranged in the outdoor machine, and the heat dissipation condenser is connected between the dehumidification condenser and the compressor in series.
