The automatic batching method comprises the steps that a design drawing of a target prefabricated part is obtained; the number of materials required by production of the target prefabricated part is obtained through calculation according to the size, recorded in the design drawing, of the target prefabricated part; the quantitative materials are distributed to the production system according to the preset rule so as to produce the target prefabricated part. By means of the design, automatic batching of the production system can be achieved, the production efficiency is improved, and the batching error rate is reduced.
