Abstract

The invention discloses novel cement-based anti-impact paste slurry. The novel cement-based anti-impact paste slurry is prepared from the following components: in a plain cement slurry system with a water cement ratio of 0.48-0.51, 1wt% of cationic polyacrylamide, 2wt% of hydroxyethyl cellulose ether, and 1wt% of a SN-7 accelerator; the SN-7 accelerator is prepared from the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 2% of a water reducer, 81% of sodium metaaluminate, 12% of calcium silicate and 5% of sodium aluminoferrite, wherein a water cement ratio is preferably 0.5 to 1. The invention further discloses a preparation method for the paste slurry. A taguchi method is adopted to design a three-factor three-level orthogonal test program, and yield stress and plastic viscosity ofthe test sample are mainly observed; a multi-factor variance analysis and grey relational degree assessment method is utilized to refine the novel cement-based anti-impact paste slurry formula whichmeets the yield stress and the plastic viscosity optimizing index.
