The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a travelling state parameter of a first vehicle within a current period by a first device; judging whether the travelling state parameter of the first vehicle is greater than a preset threshold; when the travelling state parameter of the first vehicle is greaterthan the preset threshold, obtaining a first V2X message, and sending the first V2X message to a second device; and when the travelling state parameter of the first vehicle is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold, not sending the first V2X message to the second device. By implementation of the message processing method, the problem of overlarge uplink and downlink data traffic in the V2Xbusiness can be solved, and the influence and the network resource consumption of the network bandwidth can be reduced without reforming the public network.
