The invention relates to a construction method of an anchor rod static pressure pile. The construction method specifically comprises the following steps that (1) a pile position is determined; (2) hole perforating is carried out; (3), a pile hole is checked and cleaned; (4) a pressing pile reaction frame is installed; (5) a pile is transported; (6) hoisting alignment and perpendicularity calibration are carried out, wherein the anchor rod pile frame is used for lifting the pile, and the perpendicularity of the pile is calibrated; (7) pile pressing and pile connecting are carried out, wherein the pile is pressed into positions with set depth by using a lifting jack in a sectionalized mode and taking anchor rods as a guide, starting from the second section of the pile, all sections of the pile are welded together before being pressed into the positions; and (8) pile pressing is finished, the pile is conveyed to the designed elevation, and after the pressing-in is completed, the pile holepile is cleaned, after electric welding is finished and the pile passes acceptance inspection, the pile is pressed to the elevation of a bottom plate of a basement after being cooled for 8 minutes, then the site is cleaned, and the frame is moved to and installed at another pile hole. According to the construction method, a building load is transferred to the deep stratum through the anchor rod pile, so that additional stress of a shallow layer soil body is reduced, then the compression deformation of the shallow layer soil body of a reinforced part is reduced or stopped, and therefore, settlement or floating of a building is stabilized.
