Abstract

The invention relates to a separation-collection device for gas-phase nicotine and particle-phase nicotine in aerosol. The separation-collection device comprises a clamping device, a filter piece capturing device and a dump pump. The separation-collection device is characterized in that an dispersion pipe is arranged between the clamping device and the filter piece capturing device and is locatedin a constant-temperature water bath, the inner wall of the dispersion pipe is coated with a citric acid solid coating layer, and the dispersion pipe is a high-purity silica glass straight pipe with an inner diameter of 8mm and a length of 1000mm. The device for separating the gas-phase nicotine and the particle-phase nicotine has the principle that smoke aerosol containing the gas-phase nicotineand the particle-phase nicotine is pumped into the dispersion pipe in certain flow with a laminar flow state by virtue of the pump, the radial diffusion rate of the gas-phase nicotine is larger than that of the particle-phase nicotine because of the difference of mass transfer dispersion coefficients of the gas-phase nicotine and the particle-phase nicotine, the gas-phase nicotine is firstly absorbed by the citric acid solid coating layer on the inner wall of the dispersion pipe, and the particle-phase nicotine flows out of the dispersion pipe along the axial motion of the aerosol and is captured and absorbed by virtue of a Cambridge filter at an outlet of the dispersion pipe, so that the gas-phase nicotine and the particle-phase nicotine are separated and are respectively captured.
