The methodcomprises the steps of determining a target LUN based on a preset repeated deletion detection policy; calculating valid repeated deletion efficiency of the target LUN and comparing the valid repeateddeletion efficiency of the target LUN with preset valid repeated deletion efficiency threshold, wherein the valid repeated deletion efficiency is a ratio of the number of repeated data blocks in a global range and the target LUN, and the total number of the data blocks of the target LUN; if the valid repeated deletion efficiency is smaller than the valid repeated deletion efficiency threshold, forbidding a repeated deletion function of the target LUN. According to the technical scheme, system resources are concentrated on the LUN of which valid repeated deletion efficiency is not smaller thanthe valid repeated deletion efficiency threshold, the repeated deletion efficiency is improved, the resource waste resulting from repeated deletion is reduced, and the working efficiency of the memory device is improved.
