With the method provided by the invention, a mode of drip irrigation under a film is adopted; crops are planted on the saline-alkali land in the arid area; and a layer of a porous hydrophilic material is laid on the surface of the film-uncovered saline-alkali land exposed among films. The method provided by the invention does not need additional washing of salt by irrigation and can discharge the salt accumulated on land surface among the films on the basis of no loss and no damage to surface soil, wherein the key of the method is to lay a layer of the porous hydrophilic material on the ground surface among the films. According to the invention, under the driving of atmospheric evaporation force, a water flow carried with the salt migrates to the surface soil among the films from a root area, and continuously migrates upward into the porous hydrophilic material; and when water is evaporated into the atmosphere, the salt remains in the porous hydrophilic material, and the porous hydrophilic material adsorbed with the salt is finally removed, so the purpose of discharging the saltcan be reached.
