Abstract

The method comprises the steps of dividing the storage space in a hard disk drive (HDD) and the storage space inthe solid state disk (SSD) Cache into N HDD modules and M SSD modules in advance correspondingly, and conducting sequential labeling separately, wherein N is smaller than M; caching data in the N HDDmodules to the SSD modules with no cached data in the M SSD modules one by one, and establishing a label mapping relationship between the HDD modules and the SSD modules; storing the label mapping relationship to the SSD Cache so that the label mapping relationship stored in the SSD Cache is restored to a memory conveniently after the system is started. Under the condition that the system is restarted or powered off, the data in the SSD Cache cannot get lost; thus, by means of the method, after the system is started, the stored label mapping relationship is restored to the memory, and therefore the access efficiency of the system is improved.
