Abstract

The blood RNA preservation tube comprises a tube body, a tube cap and an RNA preservation fluid, wherein the blood RNA preservation tube has negative pressure, the volume ratio of the negative pressure to the RNA preservation fluid is (1:1)-(10:1), and the RNA preservation fluid comprises a denaturant. A method for preserving blood by use of the blood RNA preservation tube comprises steps as follows: (1) blood collection with an anticoagulation blood collection tube; (2) blood transfer: the anticoagulation blood collection tube is communicated with the blood RNA preservation tube, and the negative pressure in the blood RNA preservation tube forces blood to enter the blood RNA preservation tube; (3) pretreatment: the blood RNA preservation tube is centrifuged at a high speed for 1 min, then left to stand at the room temperature for 10 min and preserved at the required temperature.
