The novel jetting amount control method comprises the following steps that S1, the temperature in a fuel input channel of an engine air cylinder and the temperature in an exhaust gas discharging channel of the engine air cylinder are detected, the temperature in the fuel input channel serves as a first temperature value, and the temperature in the exhaust gas discharging channel serves as a second temperature value; S2, the obtained first temperature value is compared with a preset temperature upper limit value, whether the first temperature value is larger than the temperature upper limit value or not is judged, and if not, the step S1 is retuned; and S3, if yes, methanol is input into the fuel input channel, methanol and diesel mixed supplying is started, and the jetting speed of the methanol is adjusted according to the variation tendency of the first temperature value. According to the noveljetting amount control method, methanol is input to substitute diesel to burn so as to decrease the gas inlet temperature and lower a burning reaction, so that the risk that the burning temperature ofthe engine is too high is eradicated; and the jetting speed of the methanol is adjusted according to the variation tendency of the first temperature value, the gas inlet temperature is flexibly adjusted advantageously, and the power of the engine is adjusted.
