Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a flexible sensor and a flexible signal detecting device, comprising: a strain sensor member for obtaining a first signal according to a deformation of a to-be-testedportion of a detected object; an optical sensor member for obtaining a second signal according to the deformation of the to-be-tested portion of the detected object; and a flexible substrate for carrying the strain sensor member and the optical sensor member, and the flexible substrate can be bonded to the surface of the to-be-tested portion of the detected object, so that the flexible sensor isbonded to the surface of the to-be-tested portion of the detected object, wherein the strain sensor member, the optical sensor member and the flexible substrate are all made of flexible materials. Theflexible sensor of the present disclosure integrates the strain sensor member and the optical sensor member, the strain data of the to-be-tested portion of the detected object in a plane and the curvature change data of the orthogonal direction can be acquired in real time and dynamically, and the deformation signal of the to-be-tested portion can be more accurately reflected.
