Abstract

A double-motor real-time replanting adjustment seeding device and method are disclosed. The device is in hook connection with a seeding machine, and includes a machine frame, a primary seed charge mechanism, a connecting mechanism, a secondary seed charge mechanism, and a ditching mechanism; the primary seed charge mechanism includes a first motor, an air suction precision seed metering device anda miss-seeding sensor, wherein the miss-seeding sensor judges whether a seeding hole position of the air suction precision seed metering device is a single seed or not, and a seed taking disc of theair suction precision seed metering device is controlled to rotate by the first motor to ensure single-seed seeding and no seed leakage; th connecting mechanism is connected with the primary seed charge mechanism and the secondary seed charge mechanism; the secondary seeding mechanism comprises a second motor and a seeding disc, wherein the second motor controls the linear velocity of the seedingdisc and the traveling speed of the seeding machine to be to be opposite in direction and equal in speed value, so as to ensure zero speed seeding when seeds fall; and wherein, the maximum instantaneous rotation speed of the seed taking disc is greater than the instantaneous rotation speed of the seeding disc to ensure the seeding accuracy. The invention also discloses the double-motor real-time replanting adjustment seeding method of the device.
