The signal input ports include a standard analog port, a tested product analog port, and a tested product digital port; output ends of the signal input ports are connected with the channel alternating conversion module; the protocol analysis module,the channel alternating conversion module, and the time sequence control module are connected with the host computer system; and the impedance matching module is arranged between the host computer system and the signal input ports. The channel alternating conversion module includes a plurality of measuring channel groups. In addition, the invention also discloses a traceability measuring method.
