Embodiment Construction

[0037] The present invention aims to propose a hepatic venous pressure gradient measurement method based on the characteristics of portal vessels, which solves the problem that the invasive method of measuring portal pressure in the traditional technology has high risk, high cost, and difficult operation, while the current clinical non-invasive prediction model is still The problem that its accuracy is affected by various interference factors. The core idea is: use the CTA layer sequence of patients with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension to construct a three-dimensional model of portal vessels, and extract the characteristics of portal vessels; through LASSO regression analysis, filter out the characteristics of vessels closely related to HVPG, so as to build a model based on A model of portal vascular characteristics predicts HVPG.

[0038] For specific implementation, see figure 1 , the method for measuring the hepatic venous pressure gradient based on portal vessel c...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of non-invasive measurement, discloses method for measuring a hepatic vein pressure gradient based on portal vein characteristics, and solves the problem that a prior invasive method for measuring portal vein pressures has high risk, high cost and large operation difficulty, while the accuracy of a current clinical non-invasive prediction model is still influenced by various interference factors. The method comprises the following steps of: constructing a portal vessel three-dimensional model by using a CTA layer sequence of a liver cirrhosis portal hypertension patient, and extracting the characteristics of the portal vein; by means of LASSO regression analysis, screening out the vein characteristics closely related to HVPG, and therefore constructing the model based on portal vein characteristics to predict HVPG. The method is suitable for non-invasive measurement of the hepatic vein pressure gradient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of noninvasive measurement, in particular to a method for measuring hepatic venous pressure gradient based on portal vessel characteristics. Background technique [0002] Cirrhosis is progressive and diffuse damage to the liver caused by various etiologies. According to the 2015 "Lancet" global mortality and disease burden statistics: in developed countries in Europe and the United States, liver cirrhosis ranks sixth among the causes of death; in China, liver cirrhosis ranks among the top ten causes of death. According to research, portal hypertension is one of the important manifestations of liver cirrhosis. Through the measurement of portal pressure in patients with liver cirrhosis, the risk stratification of patients with liver cirrhosis and the selection of appropriate clinically recommended treatment plans can significantly reduce the incidence of decompensated complications of liver cirrhosis and improve the su...
