Embodiment Construction

[0032] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawings, the present invention will be further described in detail by taking China's construction industry in 2008-2011 as an analysis example.

[0033] figure 1A flow chart of a calculation method based on the Solow residual value method for the impact of migrant workers on total factor productivity provided by the embodiment of the present invention. Such as figure 1 As shown, the method includes:

[0034] Step S101, specifying the analysis object. Taking China's construction industry as the specific object to be analyzed, 2008-2011 as the analysis time range, and year as the analysis scale, a total of 4 evaluation units of 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 were formed.

[0035] Step S102, establishing a measurement system, determining input variables, output variables and specific measurement indicators. On the basis of extensive investigation, combined with the Solow residual value method, it is determined that the input variables...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for evaluating the influence of the peasant-workers on the total factor productivity of the building industry based on a solow residual method, which is characterizedby comprising the following steps of 1) clarifying an analysis object, forming a plurality of evaluation units; 2) establishing a measurement system, determining an input variable, an output variableand a specific measurement index; 3) carrying out scene construction, setting two production scenes A and B which do not comprise peasant workers; 4) collecting the data according to the established measurement system; 5) measuring the change of the total factor productivity in the production scene A; obtaining a total element productivity growth sequence {SRA} of the production scene A; 6) measuring the change of the total element productivity in the production scenario B to obtain a total element productivity increase sequence {SRB} of the production scenario B; 7) calculating the influenceof the peasant-workers on the total factor productivity. The method has the advantages of being easy to measure, being comprehensive in factor consideration, accurate in calculation, verifiable in assessment result and the like, and being able to improve the evaluation accuracy of the total factor productivity of the building industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of the construction industry, in particular to a method for evaluating the impact of migrant workers on the total factor productivity of the construction industry based on the Solow residual value method. Background technique [0002] Economic theory, especially economic growth theory, whether it is classical growth theory, neoclassical growth theory, or modern growth theory, all believe that the driving force of industry development is the growth of labor, capital and total factor productivity. However, compared with labor and capital, Total Factor Productivity (English expression is Total Factor Productivity, abbreviated as TFP) has gradually become a decisive factor for industries or fields to seek competitive advantages due to its infinite diminishing effect, representing technological progress, and reflecting innovation-driven. The first driving force of economic development. However, as a comprehensiv...
