Abstract

The invention relates to a system and a method for intelligent customization of weight-reducing plan based on the Internet of Things (IOT). The system comprises a trainee terminal, a coach terminal, adisplay screen, a controller and a cloud server. The display screen and the controller are both placed at a fitness place, and the controller and the display screen are connected. The cloud server isrespectively in communication with the controller, the trainee terminal and the coach terminal. The trainee terminal and a trainee ID are bound, and the coach terminal and a coach ID are bound. The display screen is a touch display screen. According to basic information and training needs of trainees, coaches can be intelligently allocated; and weight-reducing plans suitable for trainees can be allocated according to classifications of trainees. The weight-reducing plans can be amended by the allocated coaches to more fit the needs of different trainees. By the system and the method, intelligent customization and management of weight-reducing plans are realized, and the efficiency of weight-reducing training plan formulation is improved.
