The method comprises the following steps of: outputting a coding characteristic image of a rain image by utilizing an encoder network; according to the coded feature image, outputting an attention feature image, indicating a rain area, of the rain image by utilizing an attention model; and outputting the rain-removed image of the rain image by using a decoder network according to the coded feature image and the attention feature image.
