Abstract

The present invention provides the application of CUL7 in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of glioma. Specifically, the present invention proves for the first time that the expression of CUL7 increases with the increase of the malignant degree of glioma, and is negatively correlated with the survival rate. Down-regulation of CUL7 inhibited the proliferation and colony formation of glioma cells. At the same time, it was found that the expression of CUL7 increased with the increase of the malignant degree of glioma, and was negatively correlated with the survival rate. The down-regulation of CUL7 inhibits the proliferation and colony formation of glioma cells, as well as the invasion and migration of glioma cells, and can promote the apoptosis of glioma cells and block the glioma cell cycle.
