Abstract

The invention discloses detection equipment for circulation of a cable metallic sheath. The detection equipment comprises an electric device and a walking device; the electric device comprises an induction coil coupled with a cable, a thermodetector and an MCU, wherein the induction coil is used for generating electromagnetic induction with circulation of the cable to generate induction currents;the thermodetector is arranged on the induction coil and used for detecting the temperature value of the induction coil; the MCU is connected with the thermodetector and used for searching for and determining a corresponding circulation value in a preset database according to the temperature value and the preset coil turn of the induction coil; a corresponding relation of the temperature value, the preset coil turn and the circulation value is stored in the preset database. The temperature of the induction coil coupled with the cable is detected, accordingly the corresponding circulation valueis searched for and determined in the preset database storing the related corresponding relation, and therefore, multi-point detection can be effectively implemented based on the arranged walking device. In this way, labor operation costs are lowered greatly, detection efficiency and convenience are improved, and the safety of operation is effectively ensured further.
