open type cooling water chemical-adding device. The method includes the following steps that: a liquid chemical-adding device is controlled tooperate according to a liquid chemical-adding control instruction generated when a human-
machine interaction interface is triggered, a timing liquid chemical-adding control instruction which is generated at the configuration time of the human-
machine interaction interface or a liquid chemical-adding control instruction which is generated according to the
sewage quantity of a
sewage discharging device; the
sewage discharging device is controlled to operate according to a sewage discharging control instruction generated when the human-
machine interaction interface is triggered, or a sewage discharging control instruction which is generated according to the detected
conductivity of cooling water; and a
solid chemical-adding device is controlled to operate according to a
solid chemical-addingcontrol instruction generated when the human-machine interaction interface is triggered, a timing
solid liquid chemical-adding control instruction which is generated at the configuration time of thehuman-machine interaction interface or a solid chemical-adding control instruction which is generated according to the detected oxidation-
reduction potential difference of the cooling water. With thecontrol method and
system of the invention adopted, the automatic, accurate and timely addition of chemicals in the chemical-adding device can be realized, and manpower operation costs can be effectively reduced. The control method and
system has high safety, and good universality.
