The vehicles driven in the straight lines pass the current crossing when the light of the current crossing turns green, and the vehicles can also pass the next crossing with the light is green so that "all the way green" passage of bidirectional vehicle flow driven in the straight lines in main lines with the traffic signal lights is realized. Road segments between crossings are provided with the soft enclosing areas, which is firstly put forward by the invention so that waiting time of the vehicles stopping at the crossing with a red light is reduced, passing capacity of main line roads is enhanced and urban road traffic pressure is alleviated.
