A box cover is connected at an open side of the sampling box in a sliding manner. A top plate is hinged on an outer side face of the other end ofthe sampling box, and the other end of the top plate is hinged with the pressing plate. The pressing plate is rotatablely connected to a lead screw cooperating with the lead screw nut. The box coveris rotatablely connected to a feed screw cooperating with the feed screw nut. According to the acquisition apparatus, the sampling box is connected in the box in a sliding manner, the sampling box protrudes out to sample a deposit, and the box cover is used for protecting the sampled deposit, thereby resolving a problem that detection accuracy is affected because mixing and interference are easilycaused between layers during current deposit sampling.
