Embodiment Construction

[0021] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0022] exist figure 1 In , the stacking state of containers during sea cargo transportation is shown. figure 1 A number of containers 1 are shown, each being an ISO container of the same standard. Each container 1 includes a rectangular box-shaped container body 10 for storing cargo. The bottom four corners of the container body 10 are provided with bottom corner fittings (corner fittings) 21 , and the top four corners are provided with top corner fittings 31 .

[0023] Such as figure 1 As shown, the containers 1 are accumulated and stacked into multiple layers (two layers are illustrated in the figure). The containers 1 of each floor are arranged side by side. The bottommost container 1 is placed on the positioning connecting beam 50 arranged on the deck of the container ship, and the containers 1 other than the bottommost container 1 are stacked on other contai...

Abstract

A container conforming to ISO container standards and provided with corner fittings at four corners of the bottom of a rectangular box-shaped container body includes: an elastic member that accumulates potential downward so as to protrude the corner fittings from the lower surface of the container body; and a buffer mechanism which is used for buffering the movement of the corner fittings in the vertical direction. The container can buffer the impact during loading and unloading under the condition that the stacking efficiency is not reduced, so that goods are prevented from being damaged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a container conforming to the ISO container standard. Background technique [0002] There is known a container provided with shock absorbers at the bottom four corners of a container body for accommodating cargo (see Patent Document 1). According to the container of Patent Document 1, the shock generated during loading and unloading is moderated by the shock absorber, thereby preventing damage to cargo accommodated in the container main body. [0003] [Prior art literature] [0004] [Patent Document] [0005] Patent Document 1: Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2013-233998 [0006] [Problem to be solved by the invention] [0007] However, the bumper of the container of Patent Document 1 is provided outside the corner fittings arranged according to the ISO standard, and therefore, the width of the container main body is wider than that of a container conforming to the ISO container standard (hereinafter referred to ...
