Abstract

The present invention provides a method for quickly estimating the actual capacity of decommissioned lithium-ion batteries of electric vehicles. By connecting a plurality of decommissioned lithium-ion single batteries in parallel to form a battery pack, the current distribution of each single lithium-ion battery is obtained during constant current discharge. Through measurement and analysis, it is found that in the middle of the constant current discharge of the battery pack, that is, the SOC of the battery pack is about 20%-80%, the ratio of the average current value of each single lithium-ion battery is approximately equal to the actual value of each single lithium-ion battery.
