The method comprises steps that after a defrosting mode is started, the exhaust temperature of the compressor is obtained, and the exhaust temperature is compared with the preset exhaust temperature; the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted according to the exhaust temperature comparison result; after preset time, the exhaust pressure of the compressor is compared with the preset exhaust pressure, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted according to the exhaust pressure comparison result. The invention further discloses a defrosting control device, an air conditioner and a readable storage medium.
