The present invention relates to the technical field of
tar detection, and in particular to a device for detecting the
tar content of
tail gas for
pyrolysis treatment, comprising an incinerator and a reaction tank, wherein the upper end of the reaction tank is connected to an
exhaust pipe, the inner cavity at the upper end of the
exhaust pipe is provided with a
turbofan, the outer wall of the
exhaust pipe is fixedly connected with a rubber sleeve, and further comprising an oil
discharge mechanism for discharging the detected
tar into the incinerator for treatment, wherein the oil
discharge mechanism is arranged in the rubber sleeve, and an oil flushing mechanism for flushing out the tar condensed at the connection during collection, wherein the oil flushing mechanism is arranged in the exhaust
pipe. The device for detecting the tar content of
tail gas for
pyrolysis treatment provided by the present invention can automatically spray the inside of the
guide tube and the sleeve cover after collecting the gas, and the sprayed gas is a gas without tar on the outside, thereby preventing the re-condensation of tar during subsequent spraying, and also discharging a small amount of condensed tar into the collection
pipe, thereby improving the subsequent detection accuracy.
