The first heat pump system is at a high-temperature grade, and comprises a first compressor (11), a condenser (12) and a first throttling device (13). The second heat pump system is at a low-temperature grade, and comprises a second compressor (21), a gas cooler (22), a high-pressure evaporator (23) and a second throttling device high-pressure evaporator (24). The first heat pump system and the second heat pump system are overlapped and combined together through an evaporative condenser (3).
