Abstract

The invention discloses a method for qualitatively analyzing the form of a uranium-containing compound in a water phase. The method comprises the following steps of filtering a to-be-analyzed sample solution to obtain a to-be-detected solution; ionizing the to-be-detected liquid in an electrospray positive mode to obtain a primary scanning mass spectrum; and performing secondary mass spectrum scanning on the ion signal obtained in the primary mass spectrum to enable the ion signal to be gradually bombarded by the neutral particles with energy of 90V-200V, and qualitatively analyzing the coordination form of the uranium compound in the water phase by detecting whether a UO2 + signal is generated or not. According to the present invention, the sample pretreatment is not needed, and the problem that the form of the uranium compound is changed due to pretreatment is avoided. Moreover, the uranyl functional group of the uranium-containing compound is used as a scale, and by utilizing the characteristic that the uranyl groups can stably exist under the mass spectrum high collision energy, the problem that the uranium form analysis is difficult to perform due to lacking the standard substance control in the prior art, is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of uranium analysis, in particular to a method for qualitatively analyzing the form of uranium-containing compounds in an aqueous phase. Background technique [0002] Uranium has radioactive hazards and heavy metal poisoning to organisms, and the abundance of uranium in the earth's crust is higher than that of heavy metals such as mercury and cadmium. Different uranium-containing compounds have different forms, and their toxicity, migration and transformation capabilities, and natural cycle processes will also change. Therefore, the speciation analysis of uranium-containing compounds is particularly necessary. [0003] There are many forms of uranium-containing compounds, and there are also problems such as large differences in stability and vulnerability to changes in external conditions, resulting in a lack of uranium species analysis methods. The traditional uranium speciation analysis method has the di...
