A preparation method of vitamin A and vitamin E nano-sphere/microsphere double-embedding system belongs to the technical field of biological active substance control release microencapsulation. In the present invention, food grade vitamin A is nano-sphere core material and monoglyceride or beeswax is nano-sphere wall material to be made into nano-sphere suspension which is used as microsphere core material together with the vitamin E; ocentyl succinate esterified starch containing tween-80 is used as microsphere wall material; the nano-sphere/microsphere double-embedding system is manufactured by a thermal homogenization-spray drying method. The encapsulation rate towards the vitamin A of vitamin A nano-sphere manufactured by the present invention can reach to 82 percent to 94 percent, and the particle size of the nano-sphere is 200nm to 370nm. The encapsulation rate towards the vitamin A of the double-embedding system is 86 percent to 91 percent and the encapsulation rate towards the vitamin E is 89 percent to 93 percent. The double-embedding system can embed the vitamin A and the vitamin E synchronously and has the effect of releasing step be step, so as to avoid the mutual interference of active components, improve the biological utilization rate and can be added into various foods as vitamin intensifier and extender.

Preparation method for water-soluble fertilizer through high tower melt granulation

The invention relates to a preparation method for a water-soluble fertilizer through high tower melt granulation. The method comprises the following steps: adding ammonium nitrate or a mixture containing ammonium nitrate into a melting tank, individually adding ammonium phosphate and water or adding a mixture of ammonium phosphate and water to reduce the melting point of ammonium nitrate and carrying out melting at a temperature of 140 to 145 DEG C; delivering a molten slurry into a mixing system, adding a nitrogenous fertilizer, a phosphate fertilizer, a potash fertilizer and water-soluble trace elements needed in preparation of a fertilizer and carrying out uniform mixing at a temperature of 145 to 152 DEG C; and carrying out emulsification, granulation, heat exchange, primary cooling, cooling, screening and oil injection to obtain the water-soluble fertilizer with the content of water-insoluble substances controlled to be less than 3.0%. The preparation method provided by the invention effectively reduces production of water-insoluble substances through controlling of temperature, has the advantages of novelty, environment-friendliness, low energy consumption and the like and prepares the water-soluble fertilizer which has a smooth and round shape and high strength, does not harden during storage and contains 35 to 48% of total nutrients on the basis of no increase of cost.

Power fluctuation suppressing method and power generation facility using same

The present invention provides a method for suppressing power fluctuation of a high-efficiency combined power generation system that uses a byproduct gas generated in a plant, the method including the steps of adding a high-calorific-value substance having a calorific value higher than that of the byproduct gas so as to increase both the total calorie per unit of time and the calorific value per unit gas quantity up to predetermined targets; and adding a low-calorific-value substance having a calorific value lower than that of the byproduct gas so as to control the caloric value and/or the composition of the power generation fuel, whereby the total calorie and the calorific value are controlled within predetermined ranges. The present invention also provides another method for suppressing power fluctuation of a high-efficiency combined power generation system that uses a byproduct gas generated in a plant, the method including a step of alternately switching charge/discharge modes of at least two storage apparatuses to suppress the fluctuation of the power generated, and a power generating facility for these methods. According to the present invention, not only short-term power fluctuation caused inside the plant but also long-term fluctuation are also suppressed. The excess power, whose fluctuation is suppressed, can be controlled to have a power supply pattern coincident with a power demand pattern so that power can be stably supplied to a site outside the plant.

The invention breaks through the technical bottlenecks of insufficient natural sense feeling of the aroma, insufficient controlled-release capacity and uniform release capacity of the aromatic substances, and the like in the prior art and gives continue, excellent and natural aromatic feeling to aromatized products, i.e. foods, tobaccos, drugs, and the like.

The method has the advantages that the OBCs are selected as the matrixes; the obtained modified materials have excellent mechanical properties and very large breaking elongation; the optional small molecular crystalline substances have various species; a transition temperature of the material can be controlled precisely by changing the species of the optional small molecular crystalline substances; and since the OBCs are produced in large scale and processing and shaping method for the OBCs are very mature, the shape memory composite material has possibility for large-scale production. The shape memory composite material has huge potential application values in intelligent textiles and thin film materials.
