According to the invention, the method comprises the steps: providing a single-target mathematical model taking minimization of the unit volume production cost of the part as an optimization target; based on the excellent performance of a distribution estimation algorithm which is shown in combination optimization problems such as production scheduling, and combining the neighborhood search strategy to solve the additive manufacturing single-machine scheduling problem considering the part construction direction; in an algorithm, providing a real number encoding mode including part sorting, job allocation and part construction direction; on the basis of the coding, generating a population through probability random sampling; on the basis, updating a probability model by sampling an elite population. In order to guarantee population diversity and avoid local optimization, after each generation of elite population is generated, individuals in the elite population are locally adjusted through neighborhood search, so an algorithm jumps out of a local extreme value, anda better solution is found.
