The multidirectional leg massage device provided by the invention comprises a yoga base, a fixed massage box and a sliding massage box, wherein the fixed massage box is mounted at the end part of the top surface of the yoga base; the sliding massage box and the yoga base form a sliding pair and can automatically slide in a reciprocating mode; the fixed massage box comprises movable shafts, first cams, warped rods, massage contacts, warped rod fulcrums, footprint grooves and a driving motor; two leg placement notches in the sliding massage box correspond to side-part massage assemblies respectively; and each side-part massage assembly comprises a side-part massage motor, a second cam, first pin shafts, transmission rod pieces, reset springs and massage hammers.
