The FPC dispensing and laminating machine comprises a laminating platform transplanting mechanism, a ceramic chip in-out mechanism, aceramic chip feeding mechanism, an FPC in-out mechanism, an FPC feeding mechanism, a display screen in-out mechanism and a display screen feeding mechanism, wherein the laminating platform transplanting mechanism comprises at least one laminating platform and a transplanting module, and the transplanting module drives the laminating platform to reciprocate among a ceramic chip station, a first dispensing station, an FPC station, a second dispensing station and a display screen station; the ceramic chip in-out mechanism is used for storing ceramic chips; the ceramic chip feeding mechanism is used for moving the ceramic chips to the laminating platform located at the ceramic chip station; the FPC in-out mechanism is used for storing FPCs; the FPC feeding mechanism is used for obtaining the FPCs from the FPC in-out mechanism and moving the FPCs to the laminating platform located at the FPC station to enable the FPCs to be attached to the ceramic chips; the display screen in-out mechanismis used for storing display screens; and the display screen feeding mechanism is used for obtaining the display screens from the display screen in-out mechanism and moving the display screens to the laminating platform located at the display screen station, so that the display screens are attached to the FPCs and the ceramic chips.
