The invention relates to a gas water heater, a control method and device thereof and a constant-temperature device. The constant-temperature device is arranged at a water outlet pipeline of a heat exchanger of the gas water heater so that in the operation process of the gas water heater, analysis can be conducted according to the temperature (namely, the temperature of heated water) of hot water obtained after combustion heating of the gas water heater and the water temperature (namely, the temperature of constant-temperature water) of a constant-temperature water tank in the constant-temperature device. Under the situation that the water inlet flow of the gas water heater is reduced due to multi-point water consumption by users, and consequently, the temperature of the heated water is suddenly increased, the temperature of the heated water can be adjusted in time, it is guaranteed that the temperature of the constant-temperature water in the constant-temperature water tank is kept unchanged, and accordingly, the hot water at the constant temperature is conveyed to the users through the constant-temperature water tank. Therefore, through the scheme, water temperature fluctuation can be effectively avoided during water consumption by the users.
