Abstract

An embodiment of the invention discloses a method and device for intelligently recovering network quality. The method comprises the steps: judging whether KPI meets a first constraint condition of theKPI or not for each KPI in a first corresponding relation between a preset key performance indicator KPI and the first constraint condition; when at least one KPI in the first corresponding relationship does not satisfy a first constraint condition corresponding to the KPI, performing network quality recovery processing according to a preset second corresponding relationship between a second configuration parameter and the second constraint condition, and whether the value of the first configuration parameter in the network element region and the value of the first configuration parameter inthe network management are the same. According to the method disclosed in the embodiment of the invention, when at least one KPI in the first corresponding relationship does not meet the first constraint condition corresponding to the KPI, the network quality is poor, the network quality recovery processing is carried out based on the second corresponding relationship, so that the intelligent recovery of the network quality is realized, and the manpower and time costs are saved.
