Abstract

The invention discloses an optimal network reconstruction method and system based on a wind power plant. The method comprises: analyzing a network structure of a power grid system and a topological relation between each node and a line by utilizing the topological graph of the power grid, and determining a skeleton network by using the network structure and the nodes; after power failure, servinga hybrid power supply based on a wind power plant as a black-start power supply to supply power to the power grid system; calculating a recovery risk index of the skeleton network; calculating line importance of line contraction; optimizing the skeleton network by using a particle swarm algorithm and taking a recovery risk index for minimizing network reconstruction and maximizing the line importance of the skeleton network as optimization objectives; determining the skeleton network by using a network reconstruction method based on the support degree; and starting a black-start power supply according to the skeleton network. Compared with an existing method, the feasibility and superiority of the model and the method of the invention are remarkable through example analysis.
