Problems solved by technology

This method is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also costly
Judging from the previous cold repairs of the flash furnace, after each shutdown of the flash furnace, thick slag formed in the arch foot brick area, up to 1 meter thick, and the slag contained many kinds of metals. It is very difficult to remove all the bottom

Embodiment Construction

[0029] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0030] Such as Figures 1 to 10 Shown, this flash furnace bottom arch brick partial maintenance method of the present invention, the steps are as follows:

[0031] S1, build a support frame;

[0032] S2. Directly dismantle supporting objects such as steel plates, copper water jackets, steel beams and other supporting objects of the furnace wall shell of arch foot bricks in the area to be replaced, and remove them to the position below the arch foot bricks;

[0033] S3, remove the refractory bricks of the furnace wall above the area;

[0034] S4, remove the damaged arch brick 4;

[0035] S5, remove the slagging 6 with the free surface;

[0036] S6. Replace the arch foot brick 4.

[0037] When dismantling the 6 slagging places, the horizontal distance from the arch brick 4 ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a local overhauling method for skew bricks at the bottom of a flash furnace. The local overhauling method comprises the following steps: S1, building a supporting frame; S2, directly dismantling supporting objects such as skew brick furnace wall shell steel plates, copper water jackets and steel beams in a to-be-replaced area to the positions below the skew bricks; S3, dismantling refractory bricks of a furnace wall above the area; S4, dismantling the damaged skew bricks; S5, dismantling slag with a free face; and S6, replacing the skew bricks. A dismantling device is adopted for dismantling the refractory bricks, the skew bricks and the slag and comprises a front baffle, a rear baffle, a connecting column, a first motor and a second motor. The overhauling method is efficient, economical and scientific, the effect that during cold repairing of the flash furnace, the skew bricks do not need to be dismantled and built again totally, only the skew bricks needing to be overhauled are locally dismantled and replaced, safe operation can be achieved, and the overhauling cost is greatly reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of non-ferrous metal metallurgical furnaces, in particular to a method for partial maintenance of arch foot bricks at the bottom of a flash furnace. Background technique [0002] Generally, during the production process of the flash furnace, when the copper water jacket and the water-cooling element above the furnace wall leak water, the water penetrates from above along the furnace wall to the arch bricks of the furnace bottom, causing powdering and deformation of the arch bricks at the bottom of the furnace, which is refractory. The original structure is changed after brick pulverization, which affects the normal production. Referring to the maintenance cases of flash furnace repair at home and abroad, the usual practice is to remove all the furnace bottom bricks and bottom slagging, and then replace them with new bricks, so as to achieve the health of the equipment. This method is not only time-consuming...
