sulfur dioxide multi-stage circulating absorption device belongs to the technical field of
flue gas desulfurization and
manganese resource recovery equipment, and comprises more than three groups of
treatment unit modules which are connected in series, the
treatment unit module comprises an absorption
tower and a storage kettle, an air inlet is formed in the side wall of the lower portion of the absorption
tower, an air outlet is formed in the top of the absorption
tower, the absorption tower is further provided with a tower
slurry inlet and a tower
slurry outlet, the storage kettle is provided with a kettle
slurry inlet, a kettle slurry outlet and a slurry
discharge port, the tower slurry outlet is communicated with the kettle slurry inlet, and the kettle slurry outlet is communicated with the tower slurry inlet through a slurry inlet
pipe. The slurry inlet
pipe is provided with a
circulating pump, and the storage kettle is provided with a stirring
system; and the air outlet of the previous
treatment unit module is communicated with the air inlet of the next treatment unit module. Each absorption tower is provided with a completely independent ore pulp circulating
system, ore pulp can be fully stirred in the storage kettle, deposition and hardening of
solid particles at the bottoms of the absorption towers or in pipelines are avoided, the device is particularly suitable for treating ore pulp containing
solid substances such as
manganese dioxide, and long-period continuous and stable operation of the device is guaranteed.
