The invention provides an electric control method on a blade electric vehicle and the blade electric vehicle. The method includes the steps of when the vehicle is completely powered off, judging whether the vehicle has a powering request or not, if yes, controlling a main relay of the vehicle to be turned on, supplying power to a motor controller, a battery management system and a low-voltage power utilization device through a power battery to conduct low-voltage powering, after low-voltage powering is completed, judging whether a brake signal and a vehicle startup switch signal can be detected or not and whether high-voltage powering conditions are met or not, if the brake signal and the vehicle startup switch signal are detected and the high-voltage powering conditions are met, sending ahigh-voltage powering instruction to the battery management system through a whole-vehicle controller, and sending a motor enabling instruction to the motor controller to conduct high-voltage powering. The signal interaction between all controllers in the powering process of the blade electric vehicle and the actions which should be executed after instruction signals are received are explicitly stipulated, and therefore the reliability and safety of the powering process of the blade electric vehicle are improved.
