Abstract

The invention provides a circuit system and an electronic fuse circuit thereof. The electronic fuse circuit comprises a switch, wherein a first connection end of the switch is connected with a voltage source, and a second connection end of the switch is connected with a power supply end (A) of an electronic circuit; a first resistor (R1) connected in series with the switch between the voltage source and the power supply end (A) of the electronic circuit, or a first resistor (R1) connected between a grounding end (B) of the electronic circuit (200) and a grounding node; and a comparator, wherein a first input end of the comparator receives voltage representing the voltage drop on the first resistor (R1), a second input end of the comparator is connected with reference voltage, an output end of the comparator is connected with the control end of the switch, and the comparator is used for comparing the voltage representing the voltage drop on the first resistor (R1) with the reference voltage, and outputting a corresponding control signal through the output end based on the comparison result so as to control the on or off of the switch. Compared with the prior art, the circuit system and the electronic fuse circuit thereof are used for solving the problem of equipment damage caused by short circuit between two electrical endpoints in an electronic circuit.
